Public Notice of Meeting of The Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina Asheville

The University of North Carolina Asheville Board of Trustees' Executive and Governance Committee will meet on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, for the purpose of general updates, consideration of designers for the Lipinsky Hall renovation project, and a personnel matter.

The meeting will be held virtually via video conference at 10 a.m.

The Executive and Governance Committee's meetings are subject to North Carolina's Open Meetings Act, and certain agenda items may be considered in closed session consistent with provisions of the Act.
