Atchison County Route 111 bridge replacement begins May 20…

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Pike Creek Drainage Ditch Bridge, in Atchison County on Missouri Route 111, is scheduled to be replaced beginning Monday, May 20. The Missouri Department of Transportation contracted North Central Bridge, LLC to complete the project.

During construction, Route 111 will be closed at the bridge. Motorists will need to find an alternate route. This project is scheduled to be complete in mid-August 2024.

This project also included the replacement of the Little Tarkio Creek Bridge in Atchison County.
