Tirana, February 1st, 2023 -Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania, part of Intesa Sanpaolo Group, inaugurated new branches in Tirana and Vlora; respectively in Ali Demi street and Transbalkanike Road.

The new branches were designed on the model of the new layout introduced by the Intesa Sanpaolo Group. The new branches offer a modern, open space, warm and comfortable environment. The transformation of these physical spaces goes hand in hand with that of the customer approach for the expansion of the Bank in areas with high potential for economic growth.

The transformation of the environments, with dedicated lounges, sofas, a large work and sharing table, reflects a new way of welcoming: the model of our Branches fosters connections with customers and between customers, who will be able to find a meeting point in our Branches and share exchanges of ideas and business.

Notwithstanding the interior decor, the Branches are fully equipped with the latest technologies and systems, such as unlimited wi-fi and electronic tablets on the community tables, which can be used from clients to navigate on Internet entirely free and get acquainted with the digital banking platform.

The inauguration ceremonies were attended by senior managers of the Bank, representatives of the Italian Embassy, clients, partners and special guests and were concluded with an informal cocktail, giving the guests the opportunity not to enjoy the modern areas of the Branches and networking with other guests and Bank representatives.
