Extra Space Storage Completes $600M Notes Offering
Fried Frank acted as counsel to Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and PNC Capital Markets LLC, as underwriters, in Extra Space Storage LP's issuance of US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 2.350% senior notes due 2032. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by parent company Extra Space Storage Inc., a NYSE-listed real estate investment trust. Extra Space Storage owns and operates self-storage properties in 40 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.
