Beyond the balance sheet: “People helping people…”

We're pleased to reflect upon the outcomes and efforts beyond our balance sheet this past year in the 2023 Arvest Corporate Social Responsibility Report.

It starts with 6,400+ associates who embody the first three words of our mission statement, "People helping people…". Those associates make a difference by not only delivering financial solutions to our customers but also actively volunteering in communities across our 4-state footprint.

In addition, Arvest donates dollars at the local and corporate levels, as well as through the Arvest Foundation.

Here are a few of the 2023 highlights

• $4,435,000in Arvest Foundation donations
• 2,290,000 meals through Arvest Million Meals campaign
• 29,997associate volunteer hours
• 937 teacher grants through We Love Teachers initiative

• $871,489,000to small businesses

We're people helping communities thrive. We believe that playing an active role in fostering the well-being of our neighbors is key to strengthening our communities and helping people reach their full potential. Through our corporate giving and volunteer programs, we strive to make a positive impact.
