THE PRIMARY MARKET ORDER OF ADDITIONAL SHARES OF 'ARD CREDIT NBFI' JSC CLOSED SUCCESSFULLY

According to resolution No. 428 dated September 1, 2023, of the Financial Regulatory Commission and Order No. A/140 of the CEO of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC dated August 4, 2023, the primary market trading order of 84,000,000 additional shares with a total value of 8,904,000,000 MNT, priced at 106 MNT each, was issued as a public offering by "Ard Credit NBFI" JSC, organized from February 15, 2024, to February 21, 2024, and the trading was successfully closed.

In the primary market trading, 1,583 orders were submitted to buy 85,904,360 shares worth 9,105,862,160 MNT, and according to the securities prospectus and the distribution plan submitted by the underwriting company, the orders of strategic investors and the orders of shares up to MNT 500,000 submitted by the public fulfilled 100 percent, and the remaining amount was allocated on a 94.6 percent pro-rata basis.
