Milan, October 06th 2022 - Widech S.p.A., a company admitted to trading on Euronext Access Paris, a market organized and managed by Euronext Paris S.A., and an industrial holding that implements projects in the fields of green economy and artificial intelligence ("Widech"), which, on 27/12 /2021, approved the proposed issue of no. 200.000 participative financial instruments called "Participative Financial Instruments Widech S.p.A. 2021" ("PFI") for a value of Euro 20.000.000,00 announces that, today, Renesys Energy Inc., 1130 US-202 STE A7 Raritan NJ 08869, has subscribed no. 20.000 PFIs for an equivalent value of Euro 2.000.000,00.

In addition, ReneSys Energy Inc. has signed the PFI Regulation which governs their characteristics, content, rights, duration, methods, conditions and emission limits, as well as circulation and operating rules.

Please note that the subscription of PFIs is reserved exclusively for the so-called "qualified investors", defined pursuant to art. 2, par. 1, lit. e) of Regulation (EU) no. 1129/2017.
