At 10:48 PM, Troopers arrested Alexi A. Telemin De Jesus, age 34, of 101 Miner Street, Apartment 2, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Domestic Violence - Simple Assault, originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bucklin Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.

At 12:05 AM, Troopers arrested Ebby Garcia, age 56, of 45 King Street, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License - 4th or Subsequent Offense, originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

At 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Miguel Rose, age 22, of 42 Pumgansett Street, Apartment 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hope Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released.

At 4:03 AM, Troopers arrested Rebecca Bielecki, age 39, of 21 North County Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Shoplifting, originating out of the Cranston Police Department and 2.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the original charge of Felony Assault and/or Battery, originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Potters Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Women's Intake Center.

At 3:29 AM, Troopers arrested Nicholas S. Costa, age 37, of 1264 Mendon Road, Apartment 1, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving - Second Offense; 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - Second Offense 3.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 grams (Cocaine) 4.) Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property 5.) Destruction of State Property - Over $100 6.) Obstructing a Police Officer 7.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - Second Offense; and 8.) Driving After Suspension of License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Paul Street in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight as a probation violator.
