New Leftfield industrial development comes To market in Corby

Joint agents Savills and TBD Real Estate are marketing the 43,432 sq ft self-contained unit which is immediately available on a leasehold basis and is located on Leftfield Park Corby, a two-acre site off Cockerell Road, adjacent to Wickes to the north east of Corby town centre, with access to the M1 and A1 via the Phoenix Parkway.

The building benefits from strong sustainability credentials, including BREEAM 'Very Good', an EPC A rating, PV roof panels and electric vehicle charging points.

It contains two dock loading doors, two level access sectional overhead doors, ancillary office space, a secure yard plus as ample staff and visitor parking.

Leftfield Park Corby is the fourth recent development for Leftfield and the second to have been delivered by BPD, following the successful completion and letting of two units comprising 110,611 sq ft of new industrial accommodation at Leftfield Park in Walsall.

Nico Fourie, from Leftfield, comments: "We remain committed to delivering highly sought after units serving the industrial and distribution markets in desired locations."

Stephen Pedrick-Moyle, managing director of BPD, highlights that the new unit could accommodate distribution or manufacturing uses. He says: "We are very pleased to have worked with Leftfield to deliver once again a first class industrial/distribution development in an established commercial location. Leftfield Park Corby provides good access to the arterial road network and lies in close proximity to a large local labour supply, which is why the area continues to attract high quality occupiers.

"This site is one of few immediately available mid-box opportunities in the region and we have already received interest from a wide range of potential occupiers."

Christian Smith, industrial director at Savills, adds: "This unit answers an immediate question about lack of modern mid box availability in the Corby Area and with its excellent specification it will be popular with occupiers looking for height and docking facilities."
