SEHK Rule Amendments Relating to Treasury Shares and Some Practical Considerations

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited published its consultation conclusions on proposed amendments to its listing rules relating to treasury shares, giving issuers the flexibility to purchase their own shares and hold them as treasury shares for subsequent resale or other purposes.
