IC Immobilien Gruppe leases out approx. 2,300 m² of office space in OPTIONS Frankfurt to Hyundai Capital Bank Europe

The asset management team at IC Immobilien Gruppe has leased out approx. 2,300 square metres to Hyundai Capital Bank Europe GmbH in the office building OPTIONS Frankfurt. Hyundai Capital Bank Europe is the financing bank for the automobile brands Hyundai and Kia in Germany and Italy. It offers hundreds of thousands of customers financing, leasing and insurance services for vehicles of both brands. The tenancy agreement commences on 28.02.2025 and initially runs for ten years with an extension option of a further five years.

OPTIONS Frankfurt was completed in 2010; located at Europa-Allee 12-22, it has more than 23,000 square metres of office space with an excellent fit-out. The property lies within the so-called European quarter in the immediate vicinity of the trade fair grounds, Messe Frankfurt. The office building is characterised by its bright office units, four internal gardens and five roof-top terraces. Thanks to excellent transport links, the central railway station and the city centre may be reached in just a few minutes by bus or train.

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been mandated by the owner, an institutional investor, with the asset Management as well as the technical, commercial and accounting property management. The owner was also advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
