SEBI vide its order no. QJA/GR/NRO/NRO/29853/2023-24 dated December 06, 2023, has inter-alia issued following directions:<_o3a_p>

· The Noticee is debarred from accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly and is prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities, directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever, for a period of one year from the date of this order or till the date of filing of report as directed in para 32 (f) above, whichever is later.<_o3a_p>
