Archive Search Room 2024 stocktake

If you're planning to visit Knowsley Archives' Search Room it will be closed for two weeks in January to allow staff to carry out a stock check and maintenance work.
The Search Room, based in The ARK at the Kirkby Centre, will be closed to researchers from Monday 8th January 2024, reopening on Monday 22nd January 2024 at 10:00am, when it will reopen for visits by appointment.
A limited enquiry service will be available while the search room is closed. Enquiries can be made by emailing [email protected] or phoning 0151 443 4291. Customers will still have access to online services via the website: http://archives.knowsley.gov.uk/ during the closure.
