Section of Franklin Street closed for water line work
CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Clarksville Gas & Water has closed a section of Franklin Street from 8th Street to 9th Street for water service line work.
Traffic will be detoured to 8th Street and 9th Street to bypass the work zone.
The water line work is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 6:30 p.m.
