HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulated by the Minister of Interior

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a cable of congratulations from the Minister of Interior, HE General Shaikh Rashed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, on the success of the sixth sessions of the parliamentary and municipal elections, which resulted in 73% participation of Bahraini citizens. HE General Shaikh Rashed bin Abdulla highlighted that the 2022 parliamentary and municipal elections reflect the strength of Bahrain's pioneering democracy, which is founded on the national foundations established by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and supported by the government led by HRH the Crown Prince and Minister. HE General Shaikh Rashed bin Abdulla asserted that the success of this year's electoral process would enrich Bahrain's democratic experience and contribute to the Kingdom's ability to move forward toward ensuring a promising future, as part of the comprehensive development process led by HM the King. HE General Shaikh Rashed bin Abdulla wished HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister continued success in enhancing the Kingdom's progress and prosperity.
