Jena, Germany, August 02, 2023 - Intershop Communications AG, global provider of B2B commerce solutions for the upper mid-market in the manufacturing and wholesale sectors, has successfully obtained certification in Cloud Operations in accordance with the international ISO 27001 standard, thus receiving confirmation that the processes in the core business follow the highest quality and security standards. The certification followed a comprehensive audit by the internationally active, independent testing service provider TÜV Rheinland.

ISO 27001 recognizes companies that have demonstrably implemented comprehensive measures to identify, manage and prevent security risks. The certification demonstrates that Intershop Cloud Operations takes a proactive approach to effectively protect confidential customer information through well-defined operational and security practices.
