Project Description: The action involves installation of a new 90 foot-tall monopole telecommunications tower with a 7 foot by 14 foot equipment platform in a 50 foot by 50 foot lease area. Access to the tower site will be along an existing/new 3100 foot-long and 12 foot-wide gravel access drive originating from NYS Route 9.
