Leading Private Equity Lawyer Alvaro Membrillera Joins Kirkland & Ellis

Kirkland & Ellis announced today that leading private equity lawyer Alvaro Membrillera will join the Firm as a corporate partner in the London office. Mr. Membrillera represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies on a broad range of complex, cross-border M&A and leveraged transactions across Europe.
