Notice of Proposed Amendments to LBR 3011-1 & 3015-1

Attached here are proposed amendments to two local rules. LBR 3011-1 on Unclaimed Funds is amended to require a notarized signature of the original payee on an assignment to the assignee and to require an application for payment of unclaimed funds to be submitted on paper, not filed electronically. LBR 3015-1 is amended to remove reference to separately filed "plan motions" and to be consistent with the current form plan and service requirements.
