QNB Bank Names Janice McCracken As Chief Financial Officer

QUAKERTOWN, Pa., Sept. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- QNB Bank has named Janice McCracken, of Harleysville, PA, as Chief Financial Officer. McCracken is a seasoned professional in the financial industry, having previously served as CFO for Noah Bank of Elkins Park, PA and National Penn Bank of Boyertown, PA.

As Chief Financial Officer of QNB Bank, McCracken will be responsible for the daily operations of the finance department including regulatory and management, investment and asset/liability management, treasury function, and internal controls.

McCracken received her bachelor's degree from Millersville University and an MBA from DeSales University. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and a past director of Habitat for Humanity in Montgomery County, PA.
