The investigation conducted with the decision of the Competition Board dated 18.05.2022 and no 22-23/370-M to determine whether Media Markt Turkey Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Teknosa İç ve Dış Ticaret AŞ and Vatan Bilgisayar Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ have violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition has reached the hearing stage. The hearing will be held on October 17, 2023 at 2:30 PM.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who want to attend the meeting to speak should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which show their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of working hours on October 10, 2023.

Those who want to attend the hearing as audience can follow the meeting online. To this end, the participation form should be filled according to the instructions on the Competition Authority website half an hour before the meeting time at the latest.
