Investigation Launched on Aksaray Unlu Mamulleri Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (22.8.2023)

The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted on Aksaray Unlu Mamulleri Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., operating in the fast moving consumer goods sector as a producer/supplier, to determine whether it violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by fixing resale prices of its buyers.

After examining the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 13.07.2023, the Competition Board decided that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 23-31/594-M to launch an investigation on Aksaray Unlu Mamulleri Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
