Availability of the 2023 universal registration document (URD)

Manitou Group 2023 universal registration document (URD) has been filed on April 18, 2024 with the Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The document is available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force.

The universal registration document includes:

• the 2023 annual financial report
• information on fees paid to the statutory auditors for the financial year 2023
• the corporate governance report
• the declaration of extra-financial performance (DPEF)
