Traffic Signal and Roadway Improvements Project update

Beginning in the coming weeks, watch for construction starting on the Traffic Signal and Roadway Improvements Project.

Construction to install traffic signals and roadway improvements will be at the following intersections:

• Blue Oaks Boulevard and Westbrook Boulevard
• Blue Oaks Boulevard and Hayden Parkway
• Westbrook Boulevard and Brookstone Drive
• Westbrook Boulevard and N. Brookstone Drive

Blue Oaks Boulevard will be widened to the ultimate roadway width only at the new traffic signal locations. Other road widening will take place as part of a future project.

These updates will help serve the soccer complex east of Westbrook Boulevard, currently under construction.

You can expect to see traffic lanes shift and additional construction-related traffic in the area. Construction working hours are 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Keep an eye on digital message signs for current work dates and times. Please travel with care in the work zone.

Please note the schedule is subject to change due to equipment, materials, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Improvements are anticipated to conclude in fall 2024.
