New Horizons with KBR, featuring Natasha Pugh

Being a "people person" has opened up a world of opportunity for Natasha Pugh.

Natasha joined the KBR team in 2019 as a human resources business partner supporting Infrastructure Solutions Australia and working in Brisbane. After only a couple of years, she'd moved into a role as a senior manager on the Talent Development team. It was during this time that KBR acquired Frazer-Nash Consultancy, a leading U.K.-based provider of systems engineering, assurance and technology advisory services.

"As the integration of Frazer-Nash picked up steam, I learned about new People team opportunities opening up in the U.K.," Natasha said. "I was excited by the idea of advancing KBR's People initiatives during an important transition while also furthering my career."

Natasha's work experience and drive made her an ideal candidate for the position of people director at Frazer-Nash. Now that she had her new job, she and her family had to figure out the logistics of moving from Australia to the U.K. Fortunately, KBR Global Mobility helped make the transition easier.

"Thinking back, our biggest challenge was working through personal logistics like where to live, what schools our boys should attend, public transport versus driving," Natasha said.
