Fried Frank acted as counsel to Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, as representatives of the several underwriters, in connection with TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp.'s (TPVG) offering of 3,750,000 shares of its common stock for total gross proceeds of approximately US$51.5 million. TPVG intends to initially use the net proceeds from this offering to repay outstanding debt borrowed under its revolving credit facility and subsequently make investments in accordance with its investment objectives and strategies.
