Kahoot! ASA - Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders

Reference is made to the annual general meeting of Kahoot! ASA (the "Company")
on 27 May 2022 and the extraordinary general meeting held on 23 February 2021.

On the extraordinary general meeting held on 23 February 2021 the general
meeting resolved to grant restricted share units ("RSUs") for an amount equal to
USD 150,000 to each of the board members Lori Wright and Joanne Bradford. Based
on the volume weighted average price for the Company's shares the last three
business days prior to the extraordinary general meeting on 23 February 2021,
each of Lori Wright and Joanne Bradford were granted 11,556 RSUs.

In accordance with the terms and conditions for the RSUs outlined in the notice
to the extraordinary general meeting held on 23 February 2021, the RSUs have
vested. The Company has received a notification for the exercise of 11,556 RSUs
from each of Lori Wright and Joanne Bradford, in total 23,112 RSUs. Each RSU
gives the right to acquire one share in the Company for a price of NOK 0.10 per
share.

On the annual general meeting of Kahoot! ASA on 27 May 2022 it was resolved to
grant RSUs to the shareholder-elected board members as part of the board of
directors remuneration for the period from the annual general meeting in 2022
and until the annual general meeting in 2023. Each RSU gives the right to
acquire one share in the Company at a price of NOK 0.10 per share (corresponding
to the nominal value of the shares) subject to satisfaction of the applicable
vesting conditions.

Each shareholder elected board member was granted RSUs for an amount equal to
USD 100,000 which, based on the volume weighted average price for the Company's
shares the last three business days prior to the AGM of NOK 25.61 and the
USD/NOK exchange rate of 9.62 equals 37,563 RSUs.

The following shareholder-elected board members were accordingly granted RSUs:

Andreas Hansson: 37,563 RSUs. Following this grant, Andreas Hansson holds 37,563
RSUs, no options and no shares in the Company.

Stefan Blom: 37,563 RSUs. Following this grant, Stefan Blom holds 37,563 RSUs,
300,000 share options and 50,000 shares in the Company.

Lori Wright: 37,563 RSUs. Following this grant, Lori Wright holds 49,119 RSUs
(whereof 11,556 RSUs have been exercised but not settled as of the date hereof),
no options and no shares in the Company.

Joanne Bradford: 37,563 RSUs (whereof 11,556 RSUs have been exercised but not
settled as of the date hereof). Following this grant, Joanne Bradford holds
49,119 RSUs, no options and no shares in the Company.
