Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company" or "Crinetics") estimates that its cash, cash equivalents and investments were approximately $193.4 million as of September 30, 2021. This amount is unaudited and preliminary and is subject to completion of financial closing procedures. As a result, this amount may differ from the amount that will be reflected in Crinetics' financial statements as of and for the quarter ended September 30, 2021.
