Expressions of interest for Glenroy café now open

We are seeking expressions of interest to lease and operate a take-away cafe outlet at Glenroy Community Hub(50 Wheatsheaf Road, Glenroy).

The café is approximately 10 square metres and located in a refurbished shed next to Glenroy Community Hub. The Hub features a library, customer service centre, children's centre, community health and neighbourhood house services.

Expressions of interest are open to all businesses but social enterprise and not-for-profit organisations that can demonstrate how they'll create positive social outcomes will be offered a peppercorn rent, inclusive of associated outgoings.

Expressions of interest (EOI-2024-1) close 2pm (AEST) Friday 26 April 2024.
