Three people charged per the CDSA following the execution of multiple warrants in Ottawa

(Ottawa) - In the fall of 2023, members of the Ottawa Police Service Street Crime Unit commenced a criminal investigation regarding individuals suspected of trafficking illicit drugs in the City of Ottawa.

On Wednesday, February 28, 2024 multiple search warrants were executed throughout the City. Police seized two loaded 9mm pistols, cocaine, purple fentanyl, a large denomination of Canadian currency, crack cocaine and a variety of other controlled substances.

Ben NOEL, 26-years-old, Kendricson NOEL, 27-years-old and Dukenson NOEL, 23-years-old all of Ottawa, were charged jointly with several counts of Controlled Drug and Substance Act (CDSA) offences, possession of prohibited weapons, firearms offences and proceeds of crime.

All three individuals remain in custody.
