Revathi Advaithi named one of CNBC Changemakers 2024

Flex CEO Revathi Advaithi was listed on the inaugural CNBC Changemakers: Women Transforming Business list, which honors women in leadership who left an indelible mark on the world in 2023. The select list of 50 women were recognized for their innovation in defying the odds, achieving meaningful financial milestones, and delivering significant business results in the past year. The group of women on the list span diverse backgrounds-from startup founders to S&P 500 C-suite growth drivers, to media personalities and sports stars-but ultimately have all had a significant impact in setting new standards for success, while also being role models for overcoming gender bias and societal limitations.

Revathi's inspiring leadership within the manufacturing industry has been recognized across both the public and private sectors, resulting in her being named by President Biden to the Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations in March 2023. In the same year, she hosted President Biden and U.S. Energy Secretary Granholm to showcase Flex's role in the clean energy transition and the future of electrification.
