Elkhart County Rally for Kids 2024

Kick-off Child Abuse Prevention Month with the CAPS Rally for Kids! During the event, local leaders will provide updates on ongoing child abuse prevention efforts in the Elkhart community. There will also be a special gallery featuring artwork of "safe adults" created by children in Elkhart County. After the presentation, Child and Parent Services (CAP) will provide lunch and building tours for participants to enjoy.
