Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Bunbury is considering the abovementioned proposal and details are as follows:

The City of Bunbury has received a development application from Tecon Australia, on behalf of the property owner, for a proposed Medical Centre at Lot 101 (#122a) Spencer Street, South Bunbury. The application includes the construction of a new 2230m2 (GFA) Medical Centre, car parking and associated signage.

Information on the proposal can be viewed via the below Report and Plans. Comments on the proposal can be made up until close of business, Friday 19 April 2024 via the below submission form. Forms can be submitted to the City of Bunbury located at 4 Stephen Street, Bunbury or emailed to [email protected]

A hard copy of the application will also be held at the front counter of the City's Administration Centre located at 4 Stephen Street Bunbury.
