2025 03 27 Night Hawk Frozen Foods Zoning Variance Zoning Board of Adjustments

This notice informs residents that the Buda Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBOA) will hold a public hearing on Thur., March 27, 2025, at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chamber. The hearing will consider a request for a Zoning Variance request from the maximum allowable height in the Light Industrial (LI) zoning district (45 feet) for a property located at 2280 Jack C. Hays Trail. The ZBOA will decide whether the proposed application meets the criteria for a Zoning Variance under the Unified Development Code (UDC) and make a recommendation to City Council at a future meeting.
