Two Homicide Suspects Arrested Following Indicted For September 2023 Fatal Shooting

Two homicide suspects were taken into custody today following a grand jury indictment for the September 2023 murder of Kyle Martin Jr., 22, on Moonlight Drive.

Nathaniel Harris, 19, was apprehended at the Birch Building where he made a court appearance for an unrelated attempted homicide case, for which he was currently out on bond.

Thomas Wade, 21, was apprehended in a coordinated effort with LaVergne Police Department at his home in Rutherford County.

Both suspects were indicted this month on charges of first-degree murder for their involvement in the fatal shooting of Martin, who was found in his vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. Martin died at Skyline Medical Center.

Both Harris and Wade will be held without bond.
