Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Dendias’ statement upon arrival at the NATO Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (Bucharest, 29.11.2022)

Today's Meeting is being held with the participation of the Foreign Ministers of Sweden and Finland, whom we welcome to the NATO family.

As it is known, Greece has ratified the relevant Protocols of Accession.

The Greek position at the NATO Ministerial Meeting is clear. First and foremost, we support Ukraine. But in general, we are opposed to any revisionism. And our firm principles are respect for International Law and the protection of the independence and territorial integrity of all states.

The conclusion from the Russian invasion of Ukraine is clear: revisionism has no place in the 21st century.
