Negros Occ. Police Provincial Office (NOCPPO) Director, Colonel Rainerio De Chavez together with 303rd Brigade Commander General Orlando Edralin, Executive Assistant to the Governor Francis Velez, who represented Gov. Bong Lacson, and Provincial Engineer Ernie Mapa led the groundbreaking ceremony for the renovation of NOCPPO Office Main Gate and construction of the 303rd IB Barracks at the NOCPPO Compound, Thursday (April 4), at Camp Alfredo Montelibano, Sr. in Bacolod City.
