Today, at a White House ceremony hosted by First Lady Jill Biden, Deputy Secretary Richard Verma and Department of Defense (DOD) Deputy Secretary Kathleen Hicks signed a State-DOD Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to facilitate Domestic Employee Teleworking Overseas (DETO) arrangements for U.S. executive branch employees accompanying their DOD Military or Civilian employee spouses on assignments to U.S. DOD installations abroad.
