The 2019 Irish Sailing Awards are being held on Saturday 21 March next year, and nominations are now open for three awards:
Training Centre of the Year
Senior Instructor of the Year
We'd like you to nominate the following categories: what Training Centre should be recognised this year ? Who's doing innovative and exciting things to bring in new sailors and making their centre an integral part of their community ? Do you know a brilliant Senior Instructor who's motivating people to get sailing - an inspiring teacher who has created a safe and fun environment for people learning to sail ? Or do you know of some great Sustainability initiatives taking place to protect our environment and preserve the water we play on ? We want to hear your stories about the organisations, ideas and people making a difference to our sports around the country.
You can find all the nomination forms here:
The deadline for nominations is Sunday 12 January 2020. After that, a panel will adjudicate and a shortlist drawn up by Monday 27 January 2020. The winner will be announced at the Irish Sailing Awards.
