Seslee Smith spoke to Law360 Pulse regarding her recent appointment as MMM's new general counsel. Seslee is the first woman to serve in the role in the firm's history. As GC, Seslee will guide the firm's leaders on legal, insurance, employment, and professionalism matters and will continue to advise clients on commercial litigation matters. Seslee told Law360 that she is very proud to be the first woman appointed to this position and strongly believes that women need to be in top management and leadership positions.
