Meeting of the expert council of the Presidential Directorate for the Protection of Citizens' Constitutional Rights

The meeting was attended by heads of research institutions and Russian universities, as well as leading lawyers in constitutional and civil law and state building.

At the meeting, the Expert Council members discussed current problems in the migration registration of foreign citizens and ways of its improvement, as well as issues of streamlining mechanisms of administrative expulsion, deportation and readmission of foreign citizens and stateless persons from the territory of the Russian Federation for committing unlawful acts.
