Celebrating Excellence: Mintra's People and Culture Team Shortlisted for cHeRries 'Team of the Year' Award

Our Talent Acquisition Program, Global Onboarding Program, and Competency Framework are some of the key initiatives devised by the People team to nurture talent and cultivate future leaders within Mintra.

The innovative Competency Framework within our Trainingportal platform has been particularly effective. It is devised to empower employees to take ownership of their training and development, resulting in increased internal mobility and job satisfaction. 2023 saw 16% of staff move to new positions internally and retention rates of 97%.

One of the most important elements bought in by the team is the establishment of a dedicated Employee Care Team. Initiatives promoting physical, mental, and emotional wellness, to foster a culture of well-being, from supporting employees throughout their lifecycle to cultivating a sense of community.
