State Police arrest three Wayne County men on multiple felonies

The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Williamson reports the arrest of three Wayne County men for multiple gun-related charges following a lengthy investigation.

The below subjects were arrested and charged with the following:

Oakley S. Billings, age 18, of Marion, NY, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd (C Felony), Criminal Sale of Firearm 3rd (D Felony), Sale of a Ghost Gun 2nd (E Felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th: Gun Parts (A Misdemeanor)

Nicholas D. Frizelle, age 18, of Williamson, NY, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd (C Felony), Criminal Possession of a firearm (E Felony)

Colin L. Galloway, age 18, of Williamson, NY, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd (C Felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd: magazine (D Felony), Criminal Possession of a firearm (E Felony)

Search warrants were executed simultaneously at each residence on the morning of May 7, 2024, by the New York State Police Special Operations Response Team (SORT) and the Wayne County Sheriff's Office S.W.A.T. team. Multiple firearms, gun parts, and a 3D printer used to produce firearms privately were seized from the residences.

All three suspects were brought to the Wayne County Jail for centralized arraignment.
