Hospital da Luz and Feirense promoting together a healthy life

Hospital da Luz and athletes of Santa Maria da Feira club promote initiatives near the community.

Hospital da Luz Clínica Santa Maria da Feira is the official medical service provider for the football teams of Clube Desportivo Feirense and the two institutions promoted a series of activities near the population of the district. The purpose was to sensitize the population for the importance of sport in the adoption of healthy lifestyles and preventing disease.

• Hospital da Luz was the official sponsor of the match with Benfica B, played on March 2, at Marcolino Castro Stadium, in the 24^th round of Portugal League (photo above). Benfica B won the game (1-2), team that also counts with Hospital da Luz as official sponsor.
• A few days earlier, on February 28, a team of collaborators of Hospital da Luz clinic in Santa Maria da Feira played a friendly football game with a team of CD Feirense club members (photo bellow).
• And on March 7, a team of Hospital da Luz and Bruno Silva e João Costa, CD Feirense players, went to Escola Básica S. João de Ver, to talk to students about the practise of physical exercise and the importance of a healthy diet. The students posed questions and everything took place in a relaxed atmosphere, greatly aided by the presence of Lu, the Hospital da Luz mascot, which distributed hugs and also a few gifts.

Hospital da Luz thanks CD Feirense for all the collaboration in these activities. Sport is for everyone, for all ages, and it counts with the strong support of Hospital da Luz.
