Event Description: The Garland Symphony Orchestra presents a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about music. Orchestras are Instrumental! (formerly called "KidsNotes" - same show, different title) is a hands-on, interactive presentation that gives children the chance to hear, see, touch, and explore different aspects of classical music and the orchestra. This program will include story time, a performance by a professional musician, and an Instrument Petting Zoo. Orchestras are Instrumental! is geared towards pre-school and kindergarten aged children (although older kids will enjoy it, too!).
