Motor Oil Group and Women On Top join forces in 'Ready for Work @ Engineering' program.

Motor Oil Group, once again, sends its own special message for Women's Day in 2024. A strong message that shows that the Group's priority is the implementation of practices, initiatives and actions that can guarantee development opportunities for all employees, equal rewards, and opportunities for personal and professional development.

Specifically, Motor Oil in cooperation with Women on Top is implementing the specialized training and employability program for women "Ready for Work @ Engineering". It should be noted that this action is carried out as part of the Group's "Lead the Way" initiative, which empowers and encourages women to dream, to believe in their potential and to shape their future, indicating that there are no limits to what they can accomplish.

This year, through the "Ready for Work @ Engineering" program, in the framework "Lead The Way Forward" initiative, 30 young women who are about to graduate or have already graduated from engineering schools will be given the opportunity to be equipped with the necessary tools and develop the skills they need to succeed in the energy sector. The first phase of this program (Training Step) includes 10 practical and interactive workshops facilitated by experienced Women On Top educators. Then, the graduates will connect with women who have professional experience in the Energy sector and will engage in a three-month mentoring partnership with them (Mentoring Step).

Finally, the women selected to participate in "Ready for Work @ Engineering" program will have the chance to visit the Motor Oil refinery in Agioi Theodoroi on March 5, in order to get acquainted with the work field and to meet each other before the start of the programme.

It is noted that the application deadline is 25/2 and eligible to apply are women who:

• Have just finished or are close to finishing their studies in engineering and want to be prepared for their job search.
• Have been looking for their first or second job experience for a long time but have not been able to find something that satisfies them.
• Are working in positions that are not related to their field of study and are eager to find the position that will fulfill their needs.
