Negative Declaration

Erie County - The Town of Tonawanda Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zoning Local Law 2024 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law to amend the code of the Town of Tonawanda by deleting and repealing Chapter 215 thereof, Zoning, and replacing it with a new Chapter 215 to be entitled "Zoning". The project is located throughout the Town of Tonawanda, New York.
