Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led teams based on common interests, backgrounds, or demographic factors, such as gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. ERGs help build community and belonging at work, strengthen networks and supportive relationships, and retain our best employees. Every Pathward ERG is open to all employees, and 31% of Pathward employees participate in an ERG.
