THE SUBJECT RFQ HAS BEEN AMENDED AS OF 17 MAY 2024
The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is a federal court with appellate jurisdiction over the states of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
As described in the attached amended RFQ, the purpose of this cyclical maintenance project is to renovate a restroom within the Hugo L. Black United States Courthouse in Birmingham, Alabama.
The period of performance for this contract shall be completed within twelve (12) weeks from the date of award.
The contract will be awarded based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer, subject to the availability of funds.
