Multiplan to manage Parque Shopping Maceió

As of January of this year, Multiplan will be managing Parque Shopping Maceió, making it the first development under their management in the Northeast of Brazil. The aim is to provide an even more comprehensive experience to the people living in the region.

Currently, Multiplan has 20 shopping centers in its portfolio, spread over six Brazilian states. With the ingress of the new development, the company now manages 100% of its portfolio.

Opened in November 2013, Parque Shopping Maceió is the result of an unprecedented partnership between two of the largest shopping center managers in the country: Aliansce Sonae and Multiplan. Until then, the mall was managed by Aliansce.

With a modern and sophisticated architectural project, Parque Shopping Maceió hosts more than 200 operations. Among them are some stores that arrived for the first time in the region, such as Tok&Stok, Carter's and Petz.

Another highlight is the diversified food offerings, with not only a food court with a view of the sea, but also restaurants in their own plaza and exclusive areas for their clients. The mall, which receives about a million consumers a month, also has leisure options for all ages.
